Welcome to the Sugarloaf Studio blog — a place where I’ll share stories, recent sessions, photography tips and a little behind-the-scenes look at the moments that inspire me.

Established in 2021, Sugarloaf Studio was created from a love of capturing genuine connections and preserving the memories that matter most. From weddings and engagements to families, maternity, newborns and the special moments in between, my goal has always been to create images that tell a story.

Photography is about so much more than simply taking a beautiful photo. It’s about freezing a feeling in time — the excitement before walking down the aisle, the laughter between family members, the tiny details of a newborn, or the way your children look at this stage of their lives that changes so quickly.

I believe the best images come from being comfortable, relaxed and completely yourself. Whether you’re someone who loves being in front of the camera or someone who feels a little nervous about having your photos taken, my approach is natural, fun and focused on capturing the real moments as they unfold.

Being a photographer means I get to be part of some incredibly special chapters in people’s lives. Every couple, every family and every story is different, and I feel incredibly lucky to be trusted with those memories.

Through this blog, I’ll be sharing recent sessions, helpful tips for preparing for your photography experience, advice for couples planning their wedding day and a glimpse into the creative process behind Sugarloaf Studio.
